City Link Collections |

Due to the increased volumes in the City Link Network they will not be taking any new orders for collection until the 28th December 2011.
This will allow them to keep on top of what is already in the Network and ensure all orders already placed are delivered as soon as possible.

Yodel Service Issues |

Yodel are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of parcels in their network which is affecting the performance of all their services. As a result, Yodel collections and deliveries will be delayed by a number of days.
For a more reliable service during the festive period, we strongly recommend you choose an alternative service. |

New City Link 'Same day collection' Cutoff Times |

From Monday 17th October, the same day collection cutoff times for City Link services will be no later than 9am.
Any existing earlier cutoff times will not be affected. |

Hermes Collection Issue - Thursday 13th October 2011 |

Due to an error on the Hermes systems last night all collections booked for today, Thursday 13th October 2011 have failed. All affected bookings are confirmed for collection tomorrow, Friday 14th October 2011.
If your booking is affected you do not need to contact us unless you wish to arrange an alternative day for collection.
We are very sorry for the obvious frustration and inconvenience.

New UPS 'Same day collection' Cutoff Times |

From Monday 3rd October, UPS have taken the decision that the same day collection cutoff times for Interparcel Economy and Interparcel UK Standard will be no later than 12pm.
Any existing earlier cutoff times will not be affected.

The funds you credit to your account are used each time you pay by Prepay, which makes the checkout process much quicker.

Following the recent security incidents, with immediate effect we are unable to send any Ink or Toner cartridges or any equipment that could contain as such, including Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines to any destination outside of the UK. Sending of these items outside of the UK is therefore strictly Prohibited.

Fraudulent use of Interparcel name (Lottery Scam) |

We would like to alert our customers to an email scam, which fraudulently uses the Interparcel name / logo and requests internet consumers to make payments via money transfer in order to release prize winning cheques or goods.
Interparcel is in no way affiliated to this fraud, and does not deliver cheques on behalf of any lottery company.
The police are aware and working with us and other courier companies to shut down these criminals.
